Yes, please add your Frequent Flyer in the booking process. If you need to add your Frequent Flyer number after you have finalised your booking please contact our Customer Care Team.
Generally, you can book up to seven people in a single booking provided there are seats available. If you are booking a bigger group you may have to do multiple bookings with smaller passengers per booking.
Yes, we have airline combinations that allow travel around the world. Simply select the multi-stop option on the search panel and enter your preferred destinations.
For example, you are flying Brisbane to London, but want to stop in the USA on the way over, and a stop in Europe and Asia on the way back. You could select Brisbane to Los Angeles as your first choice, and then you could select Los Angeles to London, and then London to Singapore, and finally Singapore to Brisbane.
Additional flight sectors can be added via selecting 'add a flight'.
Yes, it is possible to make a multi-stop, stopover and open-ended booking via Aunt Betty. Simply select the multi-stop option on the search panel for multi-stop, round the world and open-ended bookings. For stopovers select the stopover and enter your preferred destinations.
Yes, it is possible to have stopovers in your booking. Simply select the stop-over option on the search panel and enter your preferred destinations.
For example, if you are flying Brisbane to London, but want to stop in Singapore, you select Brisbane to London, and then Singapore as your stopover. There is the opportunity to select the stopover duration and whether it occurs on the outbound flights, inbound flights or both.
There is the opportunity to book travel insurance in the booking process, alternatively via a separate tab on the website. Travel insurance is non-refundable once travel has commenced. A partial refund of the policy prior to travel commencing is possible.
Once you have clicked the payment button, a confirmation itinerary with a basic PDF with your ABY confirmation number, outlining your purchased flight will be emailed to you. Within a few hours, a detailed itinerary or e-ticket will be emailed with your booking details and airline reference number. Should you not receive this within 24 hours please check your spam and/or junk folders, if it still cannot be located please contact our Customer Care Team.
Infants are deemed as those travellers that have not reached the age of two at the time of travel completion. Infants do not get a seat. If you require a seat for an infant then you will need to book a child fare. You still enter the correct date of birth. If in doubt please check with our Customer Care Team.
Requests for bassinet seating vary from airline to airline. Generally, the infant has to be less than 6 months of age. We are happy to request this for you but cannot guarantee this option will be available. Please email our Customer Care team using the webform on our site.
Do not email if you realise the error on the same day as you made the booking. Please phone the Customer Care team immediately. Our Customer Care team is available 24/7. If you discover the error on another day and your travel is more than 4 days away, please email via the webform on the site, advising the details that need to be corrected. Please note that fees apply for making name corrections and date changes as per our T&Cs.

This generates when your booking is made. You will find it on your e-ticket which you will receive via email. You will need it if you want to access the airlines "Manage My Booking" site.
